From contactless service at the drive-thru and delivery to increased cleaning procedures, we want to treat you, like we treat family. With the concern around the spread of COVID-19, here’s what we’re doing: Contactless Drive-Thru & Pick-Up – We’ve been working with our operations and restaurant team members to implement a reduced contact experience at our restaurants. For those ordering on the Popeyes® Mobile App, you can order and pay ahead of time and then visit our drive thru or pick up with a contactless experience. For those who order at our restaurants, all transactions, including payment and food exchange are made using dedicated trays for a contactless experience. Improved Cleaning Procedures - We are proud to say we have best-in-class cleaning procedures in place in our restaurants worldwide, which meet or exceed CDC guidelines. In light of COVID-19, we have increased the frequency of these procedures to occur multiple times every hour at our restaurants. Popeyes® has a dedicated team of experts in food safety, which has been in close connection with government officials, whether the CDC in the United States or local health authorities around the world. Personal Protection & Prevention – We have issued thermometers to our restaurants and managers are now following procedures to ensure employees are healthy before they step foot in our kitchens.We’re also issuing non-medical grade masks to employees and have implemented social distancing guidelines both in our lobbies and in our kitchens. Contactless & Free Delivery- We are offering FREE Delivery through the Popeyes® Mobile App and www.popeyes.com. When inputting your delivery address, please indicate any delivery instructions to the delivery driver, including where to drop-off your food, for example: outside your door, in the lobby, etc. We are also working very closely with our trusted partners Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, and Postmates to prepare for the increased demand for delivery and provide the most up-to-date instructions surrounding delivery to protect you. Support for No Kid Hungry – We are proud to continue our support of No Kid Hungry as they make sure children get the meals they need during school closures and all year long.
